- Should you require a washroom outside of check in/check out hours public washrooms can be found on Market Street, Simcoe Park (seasonal), and Queens Royal Park (seasonal)

- All rooms are on the second floor; accessed by stairs

- Maximum 2 person occupancy per room

- 3 guest parking spots, 1 spot per room

- Parking past check out and prior to check in is not available

- Electric Vehicle Charging Station 38 Market Street

- Small bike rack in parking area

- Communication with property by text

- Children under 12 not permitted

- Property is a Heritage Residence

- Owners live on property

- All rooms have ensuite bathroom

- Check in 3pm; check out 11am

- Please consider adding an extra night if early check in is necessary
