As our family and business has evolved, we have updated our guest policies accordingly.  We welcome guests 12 years age and older. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Guests arriving with children under the age of 12 will be unable to check in and reservations will be cancelled without refund. 

Please ensure that your reservation complies with this policy, as bookings made contrary to these requirements are subject to our standard cancellation terms. 

For safety and. compliance with fire code regulations, each guest room has a maximum occupancy of two persons. This limit includes children age 12 and older. For example, one adult and one child (12+) may occupy a room but additional guests cannot be accommodated.
